Bulk Seed Treaters

Bluff Ridge Inc. offers USC, LLC Seed Treaters as a component of the bulk seed system, or as a stand-alone product.

USC's units provide easy calibration of both seed and chemical flow. Its self emptying feature accommodates easy change over of seed types. This continuous flow seed treating system will meet your high volume needs. The treater arrives pre-wired with a frame supporting the stainless steel mixing tank, pumping system and control panel.

LP800 Seed Treater

The LP800 is USC's most popular seed treater. It treats up to 800 bushels per hour which is the ideal size for seed dealers, co-ops, and commercial seed production facilities.

• Electrically driven rotary atomizer for primary distribution
• Rotary coating drum
• Proximity switches for automatic shutoff of pump and inlet conveyor (ideal for one man operation)
