KSi Conveyors

The KSi Conveyor utilizes a patented cleated belt technology to ensure gentle handling of your seed.

The KSi belt features cleats rather than a flat textured belt. These cleats actually help carry your seed on the belt. This patented technology actually reduces the damage to your seed.

KSi has designed a complete conveyor system that delivers approximately 2000 bushels per hour. The cleated belt moves at 355 feet per minute where as flat textured belts move at extremely high speeds to move the seed by momentum. This higher belt speed means more damage to your seed.

The cleated belt also allows the conveyor to efficiently operate up to 40 degrees, while a flat belt can only operate up to a 28 degree angle. The KSi conveyor is self cleaning with a minimal clean out door for ease of changing commodities or varieties. The return side of the conveyor is completely enclosed for safety and eliminates the seed from spilling out. KSi offers portable conveyors for load out to large fill conveyors which are available with electric, PTO, or hydraulic drive. The KSi under bin conveyor connects all the bins by a single conveyor.
