Harvest International Augers, a Friesen product, are built with the features a farmer wants in an auger.  They are designed by an engineer, who also farms, with the features he wanted to see for his own farming operation. 

The Harvest International augers features are:

• Entire tube is constructed with 12 ga steel which is almost twice as thick as 14 ga steel used by the other brands.  This makes the auger heavier, stronger and longer lasting.
• Every inch of auger flighting is Iron Edge Plus flighting, which is designed to be up to 50% thicker at the edge than standard flighting.  It is even used on the swing hopper.  Again, this makes the auger, heavier, stronger and longer lasting.
• All the “H” series augers have hydraulic scissors lift which is safer, durable, easier to use and reach more than A frame augers.  No cables are used on the “H” series so there is never a safety concern as can happen with frayed, crimped, or broken cables.
• Top overflow protection, a great feature that keeps your operation moving.
• The top of the auger has double tapered roller bearing which is designed for the vertical load vs a ball bearing which is designed for axial load. 
• Low profile floating swing hopper which is 11 ½” high.  It also feature ultra safety grid, designed for safety and for high volume flow.
• Power Coat Plus, a special coating formulation that gives you the quality finish you look for in equipment.  Long lasting tough and more resistant that standard wet paint.
